Please submit your return request at: email@example.com and provide us with your order number, e-mail, phone number, address and which items you would like to return.
When we accept your return, we will send you a return label.
Outside the United States, the shipping cost to return an order is payable by the customer. Free returns apply only to the United States returns.
Once approved, send the item(s) back to us with a copy of your Approval email. You will receive an email notification once your return is received and processed.
Returns must be placed in the email within 15 days of your original delivery date.
Items eligible for return: Product must be in original condition (never worn, washed, or altered) and have the fabric bag in which they were packed and original tags attached. All returns must be accompanied by the Approval email received from Pareo&Juliet after our acceptance.
Return processing may take 14-30 business days from the date received in our warehouse. We ask for your patience and understanding as additional delays may occur. You will receive a refund back to your original form of payment.
We will not process your return past 15 days or marked as a Final Sale. If merchandise does not meet return policy requirements, Pareo&Juliet has the right to deny credit.
If you need to exchange an item, it’s recommended that you place a new order and send back your original order as a return.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item please contact Pareo&Juliet at: firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days so we can replace or take back the incorrect item for a refund.
